A young man who had too much to drink took a ladder and climbed up to the window of an attractive young girl he knew. Because it was dark, the young girl saw only the outline of the man, assumed it was her boyfriend and beckoned him to come in. Shortly afterwards, the girl became aware that the man was not her boyfriend, turned on the light, and slapped the young man. He fled, but was later charged with trespassing.
Did the court rule FOR or AGAINST the young man?
