In 2009, aged 13, Dahna Knight won "Drawing The Lines" political cartooning competition, a nationwide event run by the National Museum of Australia in Canberra. Then in 2010 Dahna gained 3rd place and a highly commended in the same competition for her age group.
Fuelled with a strong passion for drawing and a love for cooking delicious brownies, Dahna decided to mix the two ingredients and created the Cartoon Chef character.
The Cartoon Chef strip is an easy to follow "How To Draw" recipe for drawing Dahna's numerous cartoon characters. Each strip has a bonus secret ingredient added at the end just to spice things up!
